Expert direction.

A cohesive home.

Full-Service Interior Design

LOCAL FULL-SERVICE • DESIGN + PROCUREMENT + IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

A renovation brings hundreds of decisions. I connect them into one thoughtful plan, then stay involved as that plan becomes your home. Based in Colorado Springs, I work with homeowners across the Colorado Springs and Denver areas on individual rooms, multi-room renovations, and whole-home design.

Your design starts with how you need the space to function. From kitchen layouts and cabinetry to bathroom tile, lighting, fireplaces, millwork, and foundational finishes, I coordinate the permanent details so your rooms feel considered, comfortable, and connected.

Full-service brings three pieces together: your design plan, procurement, and a monthly design implementation retainer for the duration of your project. Procurement includes sourcing, ordering and tracking, vendor communication, and help with damages or replacements. Implementation support includes design clarification, review of field adjustments, contractor communication, and agreed site visits—approximately 3-5 hours of support per week. Your general contractor leads construction and scheduling.

TAILOR THE FINISHING TOUCHES

We offer à la carte additions to full-service clients, so you choose the level of finishing support your home needs.

Add expanded soft finishes for furniture layouts, decor, rugs, and styling direction in living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, entries, or offices.

Add final styling and staging for delivery coordination and the placement of furniture, artwork, and decor by our team.

Interior Design & Specification

AVAILABLE LOCALLY AND NATIONWIDE

I equip homeowners to manage their own project with confidence. Interior Design & Specification gives you a cohesive plan and clear direction to carry forward with your contractor. Layouts, coordinated selections, tile guides, and finish schedules connect the details before work begins.

Handle purchasing yourself or add procurement for sourcing, ordering, tracking, and vendor communication. I help keep orders moving and resolve missing or damaged items, so you spend less time chasing deliveries. Procurement can be added without a monthly implementation retainer. Expanded soft finishes are available as an à la carte addition.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which service is right for me?

Full-Service Interior Design suits local homeowners who want design, procurement, and continued project support. Interior Design & Specification suits homeowners who want a cohesive plan to implement with their own contractor.

Can you help with just one room?

Yes. We can focus on a kitchen, bathroom, or another room, or develop a cohesive direction for a larger renovation.

Do you offer Interior Design & Specification outside Colorado?

Yes. Interior Design & Specification is available locally and nationwide. We agree on the information and measurements needed for your rooms before design begins.

What will I receive with Interior Design & Specification?

Your proposal defines the deliverables for your project. These may include space plans, furniture layouts, coordinated selections, tile guides, and finish schedules.

Can I use my own contractor?

Yes. Interior Design & Specification gives you professional direction to carry forward with your own contractor. Your contractor remains responsible for construction, site verification, and installation.

Who handles purchasing?

With Interior Design & Specification, you may manage purchasing yourself or add procurement. Full-service includes the design plan, procurement, and a monthly implementation retainer for the duration of the project. Expanded soft finishes and final styling are optional additions for full-service clients.

Are conceptual renderings photographs of finished work?

No. They illustrate the intended look and feel of a design. Final dimensions, products, materials, and installation details are confirmed separately.

Can you help me choose finishes that work together?

Yes. Materials, cabinetry, tile, lighting, and other selections are considered together so individual decisions support a cohesive home.

What is included in my proposal?

Your proposal defines the rooms, deliverables, design fee, and level of support. Purchasing and implementation responsibilities are agreed upon before work begins.

How long will my project take?

Timing depends on the scope, design decisions, product availability, and your contractor’s schedule. We’ll discuss expectations at the start.

What if I need support after receiving my design plan?

Tell me what you need. We can discuss additional design support and define the scope before proceeding.

How do we get started?
